Office Manager

Alisa has been an office manager since 2014 and joined ITS in 2023. We don’t know where we’d be without her! When not at ITS, she enjoys audiobooks, family time, and riding her side-by-side with her husband. She's also learning sign language. Alisa loves Reese's peanut butter cups, the color blue, and air conditioning. Her favorite Disney princess is Cinderella.

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA

Amanda has been a therapist since 2016, joining ITS in 2018. She loves spending time in her garden and relaxing at home with her family. She also enjoys traveling and seeing beautiful scenery, like Alaska. Her favorite color is blue, and she always has chapstick and a fun drink nearby. She likes cherry Dr. Pepper and Reese's iced coffee.

Speech Language Pathologist, MCD, CCC-SLP

Amy has been a Speech Language Pathologist since 2008, with over 10 years at ITS! She loves working with children and has a special interest in TalkTools, orofacial myology, and helping visually impaired children. When not at work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and planting hydrangeas. Her favorite color is blue, and she loves going to the river with her family. 

Physical Therapist, PT, DPT

Ashley received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 and joined ITS in 2024. She enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, and being outdoors. She also has a hidden talent: wiggling her ears! Her favorite color is green, and she loves iced caramel lattes. Her favorite Disney princess is Ariel!

Physical Therapist, PT

Ashley has been a therapist since 2006, joining ITS in 2013. She loves helping families get to the root of their child's challenges, with a special focus on structural issues like scoliosis and leg length discrepancies. When not at work, you can find her cheering on her 3 sons at baseball games, traveling with her family, or dipping into some guacamole!

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA

Bailey has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2019 and joined ITS in 2021. When not at work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, going to the gym, hiking, and exploring nature. She also loves Reese's peanut butter cups. Her favorite Disney princess is Anna, and her favorite superhero is Ironman!

Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/L

Breanna has been a therapist at ITS since 2019. She loves working with children and finds joy in supporting their development. When not at work, Breanna cherishes time with her two little ones, Josie and JW. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband on their family farm, baking, and gardening with her daughter.

Occupational Therapist, Co-Owner, OTR/L

Britne is co-owner of ITS and has been an OT since 2002, specializing in pediatrics! As a former foster mom who adopted three of her children, she has a special place in her heart for helping kids. When not at work, Britne enjoys spending time with her husband and five kids, relaxing, and traveling. She also loves documentaries and learning new things. Like her role model, Dr. Svetlana Masgutova, she's a beacon of light and dedicated to helping others heal.

Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/L

Carson has been a part of the ITS team since 2018. She loves working with children and is passionate about helping them reach their full potential. When not at work, Carson enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially at the lake or river. She's also a breast cancer survivor and dedicated to spreading awareness. Her favorite things include sour candy, the color yellow, and trips to the beach. Her favorite princess is Belle, and favorite superhero is Batman.

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA

Cassie has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2008 and joined the ITS team in 2023. She loves helping children and is passionate about supporting their development. When not at work, Cassie enjoys reading and cheering on her kids at their various activities. She's their number one fan! She also loves relaxing at the beach and, like Belle from Beauty and the Beast, enjoys a good book.

Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA

Ericka has been a physical therapist assistant since 2012 and a part of the ITS family since 2017. She's also a licensed massage therapist! Ericka is passionate about helping children and enjoys connecting with nature through gardening. When not at work, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and friends. Her favorite things include gummy clusters, mint chip ice cream, and trips to Silver Dollar City. Like Ariel, she's courageous and loves to explore! 

Speech Language Pathologist, Co-Owner, MCD, CCC-SLP

Gina is the co-owner of Integrated Therapy Services, which she founded with Britne in 2009. She has been a Speech Language Pathologist since 1995! Gina is passionate about helping children communicate and believes in the power of early intervention. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her grandsons and family. She also loves the color green, the beach, and watching Friends. Like Mulan, she's a strong and dedicated leader!

Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA/L

Hannah has been an Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2023 and started her career right here at ITS! She loves helping children and finds joy in supporting their development. When not at work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family at the river or cheering on her boys at baseball games. She also loves reading, making custom trucker hats, and anything Taylor Swift! Like Merida and Rapunzel, she's adventurous and kind.

Jennifer has been a therapist since 2004 and joined the ITS team in 2024. She's passionate about helping children learn to communicate and loves working with families. When not at work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenage daughters. She's also a fan of traveling, reading Nicholas Sparks, and anything sour candy! Like Belle from Beauty and the Beast, she has a kind heart and loves to read.

Jessica has been a part of the ITS team since 2021. She loves working with children and is passionate about helping them reach their full potential. When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She also loves Taylor Swift, documentaries, and anything pink! Like Snow White, she has a kind heart and cares for others.

When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her five children and cheering them on at their various sporting events. She also loves the color blue, cheesecake ice cream, and the mountains of Colorado. Like Merida from Brave, she's independent and stands up for what she believes in!

Kaylin has been a therapist at ITS since 2014, becoming an Occupational Therapist in 2018. She's passionate about helping children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing cards, reading, and true crime documentaries. She also loves gummy clusters, the color blue, and visiting Disney World! Like Monica from Friends, she's organized and a bit of a perfectionist.

Kelley has been a pediatric therapist since 2013, with 7 of those years as an Occupational Therapist at ITS. She's passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and founded the Growing Minds Foundation in 2022 to provide medical scholarships. When not at work, Kelley enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, gardening, and pursuing her artistic talents in drawing and digital design. She also relates to Snow White, as she has 4 sons! 

Speech Language Pathologist, MCD, CCC-SLP

Laura has been an SLP since 2011 and a valued member of the ITS team since 2015. She's passionate about helping children regulate their nervous systems and enjoys using guided meditations and breathwork to promote healing. When not at work, Laura loves spending time with her family and traveling. She also enjoys podcasts and is a big fan of Jay Shetty, and his book “Think Like A Monk”!

Speech Language Assistant, SLP-A

Leah has been an SLP since 2011, previously working as an SLP-Aide/Assistant at Walnut Ridge Schools. She enjoys early literacy and helping children build a strong foundation for reading and writing. Outside of work, she loves watching her daughter swim competitively and traveling with her family. Some of her favorite things include fruity candy, the color turquoise, and trips to the beach!

Lexie has been an SLP since 2018 and joined the ITS team in 2020. She's passionate about helping children communicate. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her toddler. She also enjoys reading, Skittles, and anything mint chocolate!

Occupational Therapist, OTR/L

Mallory has been an Occupational Therapist since 2021 and joined ITS in January of 2024. She loves working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, playing with his Thomas the Train collection, and reading. She also loves being outdoors and appreciates a good Sonic Coke!

Speech Language Pathologist, MCD, CCC-SLP

Marti has been a therapist since 2012 and part of the ITS family since 2014. She's passionate about helping children with reading and writing, and is currently working towards becoming certified in Connections to better support kids with dyslexia. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, whether it's cheering on her kids at sporting events or enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and being involved in her church.

Riki has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2016 and a valued member of the ITS team since 2017. With a background in psychology and sociology, she brings a unique perspective to her work with children. When not at ITS, she's busy being a super mom to her five kids! Riki loves spending quality time with her family, especially camping and kayaking. She also enjoys sour candy, the color pink, and a good planner to keep everything organized.

Sarah has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2014 and joined ITS in 2022. She loves helping our patients and building relationships with families. When not at work, she enjoys adventures with her husband and two kids – whether it's canoeing, exploring nature, or heading to the beach. She also loves coffee and has a knack for accumulating drinks on her desk!

Speech Language Pathologist, MCD, CCC-SLP

Sydney is a caring speech language pathologist who has been with ITS for 1.5 years. She's passionate about helping children and is always seeking to expand her knowledge in feeding and apraxia therapy. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Libby. She also loves reading, concerts, and iced coffee.

Tennille is a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant who has been making a difference at ITS for 8 years! She loves helping children and finds joy in crafting, from shirts to scrapbooks. When not at work, she cherishes time with her family, especially watching Mickey Mouse with her grandsons. She's also a talented baker and dreams of visiting Croatia!

Whitney is a passionate occupational therapist with 12 years of experience helping children thrive. She loves incorporating her knowledge of child development with her passion for family-centered care. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys traveling in her camper, reading, and creating pottery. She's also a coffee enthusiast with a growing mug collection!
